Legal support for sellers in combating unfair competition on e-commerce platforms

We offer comprehensive support against infringements of our clients' rights on marketplace sales platforms. 

As part of the service, we provide ongoing monitoring and comprehensive analysis of reports of offers infringing our clients' legal rights, such as:

  • registered trade marks,
  • unlawful use of someone else's EAN (GTIN) numbers by competitors,
  • Inappropriate linking by competitors of their offers within the Allegro product range to our customers' product catalogues (so-called sub-links).

Following each case assessment, we immediately intervene through dedicated notification channels and correspond with platform operators to remove infringements from competitors' offers. As part of our efforts, we also ensure the creation and dispatch of dedicated cease and desist notices to competitors.

  • identifying and reporting infringements involving the unauthorised use of our customers' trademarks, EAN (GTIN) codes and product catalogues,

  • conducting correspondence with platform operators and competitors to remedy infringements,
